Accounting System

The Accounting module is the foundation module that is the base of our ERP software. It helps you capture all financial transactions and produce all business performance reports. Where the CRM module can help manage your sales activities and stay up to date on all your proposals and all communication with your prospects.

GL Module

The Accounting module which is the foundation of the ERP software covers general ledger accounts, accounts receivables, and payables based on many chart of accounts templates and financial statements to suite your local requirements. The CRM module on the other hand, is user configurable to help you automate proposal generation and sales follow up from lead to customer. 

Accounts Receivables Module

Also part of the accounting module in our ERP Software is the customers' ledger with aging analysis and reporting. The CRM module will manage all your prospects and proposals until a prospect is successfully converted to a customer. 

Accounts Payables Module

Part of the accounting module in our ERP software is the suppliers' ledger, supplier trial balance a other reports on purchasing history and products pricing analysis. While the CRM module covers your prospects and customers, the suppler ledger and payables trial balance covers your suppliers and freelancers.  


Inventory System

The inventory control module which is an optional add-on module in our ERP software provides visibility over all stock items, quantities, values and product exact storage locations in what warehouse. It integrates with the accounting module to give you an up to date financial position including stock value in realtime. All your products available in the inventory control module along with services are visible in the CRM module to be included in the automated sales proposals.

Stock Management Module

Captures all in & out stock movements and pricing ensuring that you will always have an up to date 100% accurate inventory as well as link the actual financial figures to the other modules in the ERP software, and providing accurate product costing for building sales proposals in the CRM module.

Inventory Reporting Module

Provides all stock performance reports including volumes traded, margins, customers and trends. This makes our complete ERP Software fully integrated and providing smart pricing analysis whether in the accounts invoicing or in the CRM proposal building and proposal cost analysis.

Inventory Control Module

Provides control over minimum and maximum quantities, integration with supplier orders, margin control, and warehouse operations. This makes this module a very essential tool for companies that maintains products in stock and wants to utilize the power of ERP software in ensuring their stock levels are always kept to the most optimal. Product pricing and margin control is also used in the CRM module to provide best margins possible during sales proposal stages and later on in the sales process. 


Human Resources System

Our Human Resources module is another core module in our ERP software. The HR module captures employees data related to full time, part time or daily working contracts. With automated payroll, leave calculations, end of service, social security contribution and all employee related provisions, it makes the employee lifecycle management as easy as a click of a button. HR module integrates fully with the accounting and CRM modules.

Employment Lifecycle Management Module

Captures new employee's data from hiring till end of service. The HR is one of the pillar of any ERP software. It provides a complete management of employee data with alerts and notifications about deadlines and due tasks in a similar manner to the notifications in our CRM module.

Payroll Management Module

Automates monthly, weekly or daily payment sheets including the option to issue bank transfer instructions, or payroll cheque printing. This is part of our commitment to the latest financial technology tools available in our ERP software either through API's or through our secure communication protocols. We also do the same in our CRM module.

Leave & compensations Module

Our ERP software modules makes it easier for you to comply with local requirements. The system is configured with user defined formulas related to calculations of dues. Depending on your local labor requirements, the leave and compensations module can calculate leave balances, leave amounts, and end of service provisions. Similar to the CRM module where different local considerations are reflected in different proposal types or styles for each region or country.


Procurement Module

This is one of the optional add-on modules in our ERP Software. The procurement module helps you manage the procurement cycle from setting up the general purchase conditions, to creating each projects request for proposals with breakdown items of the scope of work. The procurement lifecycle is managed in similar way to the sales lifecycle managed in the CRM module.

Supplier Registration

Captures and managed supplier's information and line of business to link to relevant RFPs. The helps the ERP software categories suppliers based on their capabilities and industry similar to grouping of prospects in the CRM module based on their size and industry as well. 

RFP Specs

Define all RFP specs and group it into Mandatory, Critical, Nice to Have and Optional. Similar to the CRM module the procurement module adds intelligence to the ERP Software by capturing as much relevant information as possible on potential suppliers or prospects. 

Response Evaluation

Automatic evaluation of proposals based on the compliance matrix, prices and other conditions. This helps the ERP software include some form of intelligence in the selection criteria for purchases, similar to the intelligence in sales funnel and forecasting reports in the CRM module.
